Our client brought us in to help develop a multi-unit restaurant concept from the ground up. The restaurant concept needed to be flexible enough to take on local personas and flavors in whatever market it entered.
We led each location’s full build-out and launch, including menu and concept development, naming, logo, branding, and environmental design. As a part of this work, we oversaw a larger team of consultants, chefs, architects, and interior designers to help us bring the concept to life.
Everyday Kitchen has opened three locations to date, each operating off a common brand, but individually optimized to thrive in the needs of their unique and competitive markets. The Louisville location has been recently voted “Best New Restaurant.”
“Amazing food, amazing service, cool vibe, comfortable atmosphere. Everything is superb, all tucked into an unassuming storefront. Love this place!”
